Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage customers, territory and time effectively with sense of urgency
  • Timely response to provide excellent technical support with sense of urgency, energizing customers through better plan visit, ROIR and follow-up
  • First contact window for customer complaint and feedback
  • Good after service follow up program to ensure customer satisfaction and getting feedback from voices of customers
  • Identify and provide continuous improvement program or suggestion to existing products or customer input on weekly basis
  • Maximizing values for customers/distributor/sales channel partners through professional selling and services
  • Prepare timely sales & technical services related reports
  • Support cross functional activities with respective department and other relevant department
  • Perform any other tasks assigned as when required by the Management

Job Requirement:

This position is only open to Malaysian Citizens to be based in Penang/Northern Region.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • 1~2 year of working experience as a sales engineer or related experience will be an added advantage.
  • Degree in Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Relevant semiconductor manufacturing & testing experience
  • Willing to travel extensively both locally and internationally
  • Independent self-starter and ability to work in cross functional teams
