Key Accountabilities- Growing Sales & Market Presence: Help the company grow by finding more customers and increasing sales.
- Professionalism: Be well-mannered and presentable when dealing with customers, teammates, and managers.
- Closing Sales: Use good communication and negotiation skills to convince customers, close deals, and get them to sign up for our plan.
Job Responsibilities- Sales Target & Strategy: Plan and take action to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Finding & Managing Customers: Build good relationships with new and existing customers.
- Handling Documents: Keep sales, marketing, and business records updated and organized.
- Marketing Support: Help with marketing and promotional activities to attract more customers.
- Event Setup: Arrange and support roadshows to reach more people and increase sales.
- Teamwork: Work with partners, sales teams, and managers to find and make the most of sales opportunities.
- New Customer Outreach: Find new customers, explain our products, convince them to buy, and help them sign up for our plan.
- Other Tasks: Assist the team with any other work needed to achieve sales success.
Requirements- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent.
- No experience needed; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills, dynamic, result-oriented, with excellent presentation skills.
- Highly motivated and driven to achieve higher sales commissions.
- Personal qualities: Positive, passionate, collaborative, and able to perform in a challenging environment, as well as being a team player.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin, Tamil, or other languages and a local dialect will be an added advantage.
- Must have own transport.
- Positions available in multiple locations: One City USJ, Klang Sentral, Sri Kembangan, Selayang and Batu 9 Cheras.
- Contract position, ideal for those seeking flexible, temporary work arrangements.
