Roles and Responsibilities- Perform all administrative operations and checks for assigned Brands.
- Developing a Solid and Trusting Relationship with Key Brands under our portfolio.
- Resolving Key Client Daily Operations & Orders Processing on major E-Commerce Platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces.
- Monitor Store Performance, Sales Trends, and Key Metrics to optimize Product Listings, Pricing, and Promotions.
- Conduct Competitor Analysis and Market Research to stay ahead of Industry Trends.
- Prepare Regular Reports on Sales Performance, Campaign Effectiveness, and Account Growth to plan strategically and execute improvements in Client’s E-Commerce Results.
- Managing Communications between Key Clients, E-Commerce Platforms, and Internal Teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Planning and Presenting Reports on Account Progress, Goals, and Quarterly Initiatives to share with Team Members, Stakeholders, and for potential use in Future Case Studies or Company Training.
- Working and Reporting during Campaign and After-Hours Period.
Preferred Qualification- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field preferred.
- Preferably 1-3 Years’ Experience in E-Commerce, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or similar fields.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Good Excel Skills and Business Logic.
- Strong Communication Skills required; ability to speak English is a must, Mandarin is an advantage.
