- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance within the clinic environment.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment procurement.
- Supervise, motivate, and support all clinic staff including therapists and front desk.
- Organize staff duty rosters, manage leave planning, and handle disciplinary matters when necessary.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and team meetings to align goals and improve service standards.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and handle escalated customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor team performance and KPIs, including appointment bookings, conversion rates, and overall clinic sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing and management team to plan promotions or campaigns.
- Propose improvements in processes, workflows, or systems to enhance efficiency and patient care.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar clinic/ beauty salon management role within the beauty industry
- Strong operational and clinic/ beauty salon management skills, with the ability to develop and implement efficient processes and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of leading and motivating a team
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and best practices
- A results-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with clinic management software
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Malaysia (both written and spoken) is required
