Open Position (KL area & JB): 1) Quantity Surveyor (Senior/Junior) 2) Account Executive (Senior/Junior) 3) Civil and Structural Supervisor 4) Protege- Admin/ Engineer (Senior/Junior) 5) Site Manager 6) Lorry Driver 7) HR Admin Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspect of the purchasing function including sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors To get quotation, issuing PO, follow up deliveries, filling and data entry for all the purchasing documentations Taking off quantity, controlling ,ordering, recording and monitor of material Coordinate with project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time , loss and expenses, project cost control etc Requirements: Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent At least 2 years’ experience in Quantity Surveyor works Good interpersonal skill and able to work independent Initiative and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines in the challenging environment Possess own transport High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
