  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Monitoring and administering various contracts and sub-contract works including preparing progress reports, recommending payments, issuing variation order certificates and finalizing accounts documentation
  • Conduct verification of material requisitions, take-off quantities and site measurements of completed work
  • Prepare progress claims and invoices for clients and consultants to ensure effective project management
  • Prepare, call and evaluate tenders as well as value variation orders
  • Negotiate building and material costs with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Manage the processing of claims from consultants and subcontractors related to project matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of on-site experience in construction projects.
  • Experience in MRT or Data Center construction projects will be an added advantage.
  • Strong skills in Bills of Quantities (BQ), quantity take-off, site measurement, costing, tender preparation, claim evaluation and final account settlement.
  • Detail-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and driven to achieve results.

This is a site-based position.
