Responsibilities: - Assist to the full spectrum of the day-to-day operations of the HR functions. - To manage all aspects of payroll cycle delivery including and tax reporting and ensure the timely & accuracy of payroll computation in accordance with company policies and legal compliance. - To provide support, advice & consultation/counselling to the employee on HR matters (performance, attendance & disciplinary obstacles). - To implement, impose and enforce HR Policies, Rules & Regulations and standard HR processes/procedures that aligns with the company People Strategy and business objectives and labour law. - To support the recruitment process in order to acquire the right candidate for the right position. - Maintain and update of employee personal information file, leave record, attendance, punctuality, absence, annual leaves, medical certificate, medical claims etc. - To facilitate employee performance management process in order to improve employees’ productivity and engagement at work. - To prepare ISO related document and attend to audit to meet ISO requirement. - Responsible for the full scope of general administration functions of the company include review of service or tenancy agreement, renewal of permits / licenses (forwarding, PZ code etc) / general insurance etc. - To assist in various work coordination, general administrative works and documentation. - Provide office administrative support to various business units (if required). - Carry out other duties HR/administration matters as assigned by superior and the Management from time to time. Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. - Good command of language English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken (Able to speak and write in Mandarin will be an advantage) - Possess experience in Payroll and have strong knowledge in Employment Act, Malaysia Labour Law and practice, statutory requirement and other related legislation is an added advantage - Possess handling ISO 9001:2015 experience is an added advantage. - Able to work independently as well as in a team with employees from all levels, resourceful and good sense of responsibility. - Computer literate (Microsoft Office, internet searching and etc.) Preferably can start immediately.
