Asia Operations Coordinator

Responsibility:
- Travel tour operating from ho ahead till tour finish.
- Understand company working processes and follow the workflow for daily tasks.
- Using company system and follow the guideline to make all service order in place.
- Well budget control and Conduct negotiation and communication with relevant parties for over budget issue.
- Daily checking for incoming message and requirement.
- Follow up the request and amendment and deliver result across multiple time zones. Invoice issuance.
- Draft invoice & check final costing sheets.
- To ensure productivity for tour handling and also control the ratio of mistake to cause financial impact.
- Facilitate in the coordination of tasks and communication with each corporate parties (Network office, service venders).
- Work closely with relevant Network office to solve issues.
- To monitor and ensure all confirmation could deliver to our customer on time.
- Follow up tour report / complaint handling.
- Update tour situation to sales office according to tour report.
- Follow up complaint and input tour report for further investigate.
- To record all the cases into Quality Control Logbook for statistics and review.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional department.
- Short-notice or immediate available candidate is highly preferred
Requirements:
- Achieve at least Diploma certificate.
- 1-3 years’ experience in Operation's role background and travel industry is preferred.
- Fresh graduate is also welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English & Mandarin is a must.
- Strong Communication Skill.
- Attention to detail, adapt changes and have passion for continuous process improvement
- Positive can-do attitude and willingness to support on any request as needed
- Ability to comprehend systematic logical flows
