Human Resources Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in managing a wide range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment coordination, employee engagement, training administration, and maintaining accurate HR records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about fostering a positive and values-aligned company culture.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Promote and engage with all employees on building positive company culture that are aligned to company core values and behaviours.
- Responsible and in charge of full spectrum of payroll functions: preparation and processing company’s payroll so that salary is released on time.
- To assist in process of recruitment and interview arrangement.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relation to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
- Compiling and updating employees records for filing.
- Maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leave.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc).
- To keep record of employees’ medication expenses and monitor the employees medication claims.
- To coordinate training courses for all levels of staff as and when approved by the The Management.
- To compile and maintain records of training course participants.
- Ensure staff database is updated and is current.
- To assist employees in preparing necessary documents/ letters to Bank/ Government.
- To keep track on confirmation or contract employees.
- To assist in preparation of documents for visa application and work permit.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Head of Department.
- Any other duties assign from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in HRM.
- At least 2-3 years working experience in HR.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Active team player who is able to interact with people at all levels.
- Be committed, self-motivated, independent and energetic team player.
- Team spirited, responsible and initiative with positive work attitude.
