POSITION: CREATIVE VISUAL EXECUTIVE Job Summary The Creative Visual Executive plays a key role in shaping the visual identity of brands under Kayangan Holdings Sdn Bhd. This role involves crafting impactful graphics, multimedia content, and visual narratives that capture audience attention and elevate brand perception across digital, print, and experiential platforms. With a strong eye for detail and design, the Creative Visual Executive will be responsible for developing creative assets aligned with each brand’s identity and voice, supporting campaigns, marketing materials, and content strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is passionate about visual storytelling and brand communication. Key Responsibilities: a. Visual Branding & Content Creation • Design and develop creative assets including key visuals, social media graphics, print materials, packaging, advertising creatives, and internal collaterals. • Conceptualize and execute visual campaigns in line with marketing objectives. • Adapt visuals across various platforms while maintaining brand integrity. b. Multimedia & Digital Support • Produce and edit multimedia content including videos, animations, reels, and motion graphics. • Support website content visuals, banners, and digital ads. • Assist in basic photography and videography for in-house events or campaigns. c. Cross-Department Collaboration • Work closely with related teams such as Sales, Creative, and Operations to understand content needs and deliver visually effective solutions. • Attend creative briefings and brainstorming sessions to contribute design perspectives. d. Content Calendar Execution • Translate the content calendar into scheduled visual outputs for social media, campaigns, and events. • Ensure timely delivery of visuals according to campaign timelines and posting schedules. e. Visual Innovation & Storytelling • Introduce fresh creative approaches and design trends to enhance the visual experience. • Apply storytelling techniques to communicate brand values and narratives effectively. f. Brand Consistency & Asset Management • Uphold visual consistency across all brand touchpoints. • Maintain and organize brand assets, templates, and design libraries for internal use. ________________________________________ Specific Skills, Knowledge & Certifications Required • Design Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Canva, or similar platforms. • Multimedia Production: Experience with video editing, basic animation, and sound design for social media and digital platforms. • Branding Knowledge: Understanding of branding principles and ability to apply brand guidelines consistently. • Creative Thinking: Strong visual and conceptual thinking with a passion for innovation and aesthetics. • Time & Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure. • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and quality in visual output. • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and receive feedback effectively. • Added Advantage: Photography, videography, or illustration skills, or • Architectural Knowledge: Basic knowledge of architectural principles or an academic background in architecture will be considered a valuable asset. • Certification: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. Certifications in design or motion graphics are a plus.
