Job Description:

To enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force through targeted training, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives. The role will involve designing, implementing, and managing training programs, assessing performance metrics, and ensuring the sales team is equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve their targets for total company product range inclusive of biobanking and diagnostic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics and KPIs to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for sales leaders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set realistic and achievable targets.
  • Implement best practices to streamline sales processes and improve productivity.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs and sales toolkits to improve sales skills, product knowledge, competitor edge selling and customer engagement skills.
  • Develop onboarding modules for new hires to ensure they are prepared for the sales environment.
  • Conduct regular refresher sessions, role plays, exam and regular fieldwork assessment to keep the team updated on new products, services, and market trends.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide strategic guidance to the sales team.
  • Partner with marketing and operation teams to align sales strategies with campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications & Traits:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales training, SFE roles, or sales management within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Proficiency in creating training materials and conducting training for both product knowledge and advance selling skills.
  • Good communication skills, analytical, problem solving, result oriented, creativity & innovative.
