Reporting for Duty . On time with full grooming standard and personal hygiene . Checks on staff daily schedule and attendance . Perform other duties as assigned 1. Invoice & Procurement Coordination . Assist the chef-in-charge in receiving and verifying invoices from suppliers. . Compile invoices and submit them to the procurement department. 2. Daily Market List & Ordering . Coordinate with the chef to place daily market orders. . Ensure all orders are placed accurately and on time. 3. Document Preparation & Printing . Print Delivery Orders (D.O.), invoices, and product labels. . Manage order-related documentation for GCR outlets. 4. Memo & SOP Coordination . Work with the chef-in-charge to draft Central Kitchen (CK) memos. . Assist in writing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for GCR outlets. 5. Office Filing & Organization . Maintain proper filing of all CK documents, invoices, and records. . Ensure the CK office filing system is up to date and accessible. 6. . Label & Shelf-Life Management . Print labels and update shelf-life information for all CK products. . Ensure proper labelling for inventory tracking. 7. HR Coordination . Work with HR to submit overtime claims and duty rosters. . Maintain accurate records of CK staff attendance, phone lists, and leave applications. 8. Stock Management & Reporting . Key in monthly stock count data. . Ensure stock records are updated and accurate. 9. Staff Welfare & Communication . Coordinate with HR on CK staff welfare matters. . Assist in communicating important updates to CK employees.
