- Excellent customer service must always start with a warm and sincere smile.
- Process cash, check, and credit card payments using cash registers and digital systems.
- Handling and taking care of Walkie-Talkie, POS and other systems/ electronics appliances.
- Prepare sauces and condiments.
- Ensure all workstations are fully stocked up and is operationally ready.
- Ensure all soiled dishes are cleared from the workstations.
- Prepare and turnover tables for next customer.
- Ensure all areas of the restaurant are clean and properly sanitized. This includes cleaning floor, cleaning utensils, serving equipment and maintaining all areas to health code standards.
- Always maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of restaurant.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager
- Able to work Full TIme and Work Location: KLCC
- Minimum Education: SPM
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Preferable Malaysian Citizenships
- Relevant working experience in similar roles in the No Pork No Lard F&B industry
- Hygiene certified preferred
- Good interpersonal skills and service skills
- Team player, positive attitude, good communication skills
- Be able to work in a fast pace working environment
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Possess working experience in Japanese restaurant will be advantageous
- Proficient in Japanese language will be advantageous in order to liaise with Japanese customers
