We are seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. Responsibilities: Preparing and oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality dishes are served promptly. Develop and execute creative menus using fresh, local ingredients. Maintain kitchen hygiene, safety, and compliance with food regulations. Maintain inventory levels and control food costs. Supervises and trains junior chefs and kitchen staff. Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations. Ensuring that all procedures are carried out to meet Resort standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of Asian and Western cuisine is an advantage. Passion for sustainable and eco-friendly cooking. Excellent guest service skills Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards. Passion for culinary arts and commitment to continuous improvement.
