Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager – Brand Building

Job Summary
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will support the planning and execution of brand strategies to grow market presence, consumer engagement, and brand equity. This role requires strong coordination skills, market understanding, and creativity to contribute to campaign development, new product launches, and 360 brand execution in collaboration with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support Brand Strategy and Execution
- Assist in developing brand plans, including product launches, promotional calendars, and campaign timelines.
- Help set brand KPIs and support regular tracking and performance reviews.
2. Lead Marketing Campaigns & Brand Activations
- Coordinate with Digital, Media, PR, and Channel Marketing teams to execute impactful brand campaigns.
- Support development of creative assets, marketing toolkits, and campaign rollouts across various consumer touchpoints.
3. Drive Product Development Support
- Collaborate with the Product Acceleration Squad on feasibility studies, claims, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for new products.
- Ensure all product and campaign executions reflect the brand’s positioning and voice.
4. Work with Insights and Innovation Teams
- Partner with Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) to gather relevant data and translate findings into meaningful brand actions.
- Contribute to the ideation of new concepts and brand storytelling angles based on market needs.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with key departments including Sales, Channel Marketing, and Market Development to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives in-store and online.
- Ensure consistency and integration of messaging across all communication channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, or FMCG industries.
- Experience in executing campaigns, coordinating product launches, and working across teams.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media, and campaign analytics.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for branding and innovation.
- Strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
