The Senior HR & Admin Executive is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resources and administrative functions. This role plays both a strategic and hands-on part in workforce planning, recruitment, training and development, regulatory compliance, employee relations, foreign worker administration, and overall office management. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to lead HR initiatives that support organizational growth while ensuring compliance with local labour laws. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Plan and manage manpower needs, including end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. • Conduct employee orientation and develop annual training plans, including HRD Corp claim management. • Manage payroll processes, statutory contributions (KWSP, SOCSO, EIS), and staff benefits administration. • Coordinate performance appraisals and facilitate employee development programs. • Maintain accurate records for leave, attendance, and staff insurance updates. • Oversee foreign worker documentation including permits, passports, FOMEMA, and hostel arrangements. • Liaise with immigration departments and relevant government agencies to ensure legal compliance. • Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR and administrative records, filing systems, and data management. • Handle timely renewals for business licenses, insurance policies, and fire safety certifications. • Participate in ISO 9001:2015 quality management and internal audit activities. • Organize staff engagement activities, company events, and welfare programs. • Support and foster a positive and collaborative working environment. • Manage office supply inventories and ensure efficient administrative operations. • Assist in ad-hoc projects, reporting, and coordination with other departments as required. Requirements: • 3–4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment. • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Solid understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Able to work independently, well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage. • Immediate availability is preferred.
