Job Description 1. Data entry: Enter account information into the company's system (QNE). 2. Clerical tasks: Sort documents, answer phones, and order office supplies 3. Customer service: Provide customer service, collect outstanding bills, and post payments 4. Prepare and issue invoices and receipts / billings 5. Maintained filling systems. 6. Key in daily sales’ transaction into accounting system. 7. Check and verify online payment.
