Requirements : -Candidate must posses at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree, preferably in Architecture, Interior Design and Construction Management. -At least 2 to 3 years of working experience related to site management and supervision in Construction Industry. -Excellent leadership, time management skill, able to meet tight deadlines and well communication -Strong creative sense, understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality standards as well as able to work independently and self-motivated. -Sound technical knowledge and capable in solving technical and site issues. -Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications. -Willing to travel, preferably possess own transport. -Knowledge on Interior Design and M&E works and able to draw detail drawing (AutoCAD) will be advantage. -Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
