Job Responsibility
- Production Planning
- Operate daily operation plan;
- Observe routine in production;
- Perform corrective and preventive actions;
- Plan and implement improvement in operation;
- Compile production data and report to line manager;
- Ensure the productivity is been optimised in producing output;
- Monitor raw materials usage and get line manager approval to order;
- Ensures tools and related equipment are in good working order. Replace faulty tools. Report faulty equipment for repair or replacement;
- Manpower management
- Schedule the manpower based on operation needs;
- Maximize the manpower with minimum cost;
- Guide and train staffs to produce a good product;
- Evaluate staffsâ performance from time to time;
- Improve staffsâ knowledge from time to time;
- Develop staffsâ work experiences and knowledge, and training from time to time;
- Quality control
- Communicate with Quality Control department if there is concern from department;
- Identify and resolve technical issues with Maintenance team;
- Identify, plan, organize and coordinate with in-house maintenance team or equipment/infrastructure vendors on both preventive maintenance and breakdown repair within budgeted time frame to minimize loss time in production.
- Safety management
- Ensure work environment is safe;
- Housekeeping and hygiene are implemented and practice in the workplace;
- Together with related departments to improvise the companyâs safety policies;
- Ad hoc tasks
- Education background
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Certification in Electrical / Mechatronic fields
- Language proficiency
- Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin as advantage;
- Write and read in Bahasa Malaysia and English;
- Work experiences
- Fresh graduate most welcome to apply;
- 2 Years experiences in electric, cable, or manufacturing;
- Technical Knowledge
