4. Monitor, Analyze & Report Performance

  • Track campaign metrics and KPIs across platforms; extract insights from analytics tools.
  • Report performance results to stakeholders and provide actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a data-driven culture across teams to ensure digital excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing, digital transformation, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relevant discipline.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a proven ability to align digital efforts with organizational goals.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and digital projects at scale.
  • Deep knowledge of digital ecosystems, platforms, performance marketing, and content strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Data Studio).
