Head of Digital Transformation
Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Digital Transformation to lead the digital evolution of Paragon’s brands. This role will oversee the development and execution of cross-platform digital strategies, working closely with internal teams to enhance brand equity, drive consumer engagement, and accelerate business performance through data-driven and innovative digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and Execute Digital Strategies
- Lead the creation of integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with overarching business and brand goals.
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and digital landscapes to inform strategic direction.
- Define digital objectives in collaboration with key business units.
2. Create Innovative Campaigns
- Drive the conceptualization of engaging digital campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences.
- Champion creative storytelling and platform-native content to strengthen brand presence online.
- Encourage experimentation with emerging digital channels and technologies.
3. Optimize Digital Ecosystems
- Oversee user experience design and digital activation across all touchpoints (web, mobile, social, e-commerce).
- Continuously improve platform performance, engagement, and conversion through testing and optimization.
4. Monitor, Analyze & Report Performance
- Track campaign metrics and KPIs across platforms; extract insights from analytics tools.
- Report performance results to stakeholders and provide actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
- Foster a data-driven culture across teams to ensure digital excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing, digital transformation, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relevant discipline.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a proven ability to align digital efforts with organizational goals.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and digital projects at scale.
- Deep knowledge of digital ecosystems, platforms, performance marketing, and content strategies.
- Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Data Studio).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
