People Operations Associate (Contractor)

Please note that this is a 1 year renewable contract.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Employees Lifecyle HR Operations service tasks for assigned countries in APAC, Europe and MEA region, including employee onboarding, off-boarding, internal transfer, benefit operation, global mobility etc, according to HR SSC's working procedure/SOP and given SLA with a high accuracy level
- Process and respond to employee and manager inquiries related to employee life cycle via ticketing system (Service Now and Tencent Chatbot) as Level 2 Agent and promote articles available as Self Service – Level 1
- Accumulate standard employee and HR agent FAQ, improve employee experience by providing end to end HR solutions to solve their issues
- Support and assist in other HR-related duties and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related fields;
- 1-3 years’ HR operations experience in a HR shared service supporting multiple countries are preferred;
- Prior experience using HR systems (e.g Workday) and case management/ticketing tool, ServiceNow;
- Self-driven, conscientious, strong adaptability and fast learner;
- High Customer Service orientation, and strong problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with both international stakeholders and China HQ based teammates will be a huge plus
