About the Opportunity: Catalyze Growth Through Strategic Partnerships

As our Regional Partner Success Manager, you will be at the forefront of our expansion strategy, forging and nurturing impactful relationships with a diverse ecosystem of partners – from established financial institutions, forward-thinking NGOs, and influential industry associations to dedicated SME support organizations and key government agencies. You'll be instrumental in driving the adoption of our innovative digital solutions, unlocking new opportunities, and serving as a crucial bridge between our partners and internal teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our partner strategy, contribute directly to the success of ASEAN's SMEs, and play a role in potentially influencing future policies related to financial literacy and inclusion. What You'll Do: Your Key Responsibilities

* Strategic Partner Acquisition: Proactively identify, evaluate, and cultivate relationships with high-potential new partners across the ASEAN region. This includes conducting initial outreach, articulating our value proposition, and guiding them through the onboarding journey. This also includes engaging relevant government agencies focused on SME development, financial inclusion, and digital transformation.

* Cultivating Thriving Partnerships: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of existing partners, including financial institutions, NGOs, cooperatives, business associations, and government bodies. You'll focus on building trust, understanding their strategic objectives, and ensuring mutual success.

* Empowering Partner Success: Develop and execute comprehensive partner enablement programs, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support. You'll equip our partners with the knowledge and resources they need to effectively leverage our product suite and deliver exceptional value to their networks.

* Driving Adoption and Impact: Collaborate closely with partners to develop and implement strategic plans that drive the adoption and utilization of Mesinkira’s current and future digital solutions, ultimately maximizing their impact on the SME ecosystem and potentially contributing to broader financial literacy and inclusion goals in alignment with government initiatives.

* Unlocking Revenue Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing partnerships, including upselling and cross-selling relevant solutions. You'll also collaborate on the development and execution of partner-led revenue generation strategies.

* Measuring and Optimizing Performance: Establish and track key partner performance indicators (e.g., referral volume, platform engagement, conversion rates). You'll analyze data to generate insightful reports and develop actionable improvement plans for both our partners and internal stakeholders.

* Bridging Partner Needs and Product Innovation: Act as a vital link between our partners and internal teams. You'll collaborate closely with Business Analysts and the Sales team to translate partner requirements into compelling solution proposals and share valuable partner feedback with our Product and Tech teams to drive continuous product enhancement. This also includes conveying insights from government agencies regarding policy needs and potential areas for collaboration.

* Ensuring Clear Commercial Frameworks: Support the development and review of partnership agreements, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and commercial terms, ensuring clarity, alignment of objectives, and mutual benefit. You'll coordinate with legal and finance teams as needed to ensure compliance and facilitate approvals. This also extends to exploring potential collaborations and agreements with government agencies.

* Staying Ahead of the Curve: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the fintech and SME sectors. You'll leverage this knowledge to provide market-driven insights that inform our product roadmap and partnership strategies. This includes staying informed about relevant government policies and initiatives related to SMEs, financial literacy, and inclusion.

What You'll Bring: Your Qualifications and Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, Public Policy, or a related field. An MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

* 3–6 years of proven experience in partner management, business development, or account management, ideally within the fintech, banking, SaaS, or public sector/government relations industries.

* A solid understanding of digital banking solutions, payment systems, APIs, and/or the principles of embedded finance. Familiarity with government policies and initiatives related to SME development and financial inclusion in the ASEAN region is highly desirable.

* Demonstrated success in building and scaling strategic partnerships that have resulted in measurable business growth and impact. Experience working with or alongside government agencies is a significant advantage.

* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to influence and build rapport at all levels, including with senior government officials.

* A data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make informed, strategic decisions.
