Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting HR management, maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), handling benefits administration, and assisting with employee training. The role involves daily tasks such as managing employee records, liaising with employees on HR-related matters, coordinating recruitment processes, and supporting the delivery of HR policies and programs.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
- Skills in employee Training
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in an HR role is a plus
