Good to have Technical Skill Set : Data Management and Data Quality Management techniques

Key Responsibilities:

Must-Have

• Data Analyst will be tasked with managing all aspects of any new work/project assessments

thoroughly from inception to delivery. Needs to build close working relationships with chief data

oce to design and implement specic data requirements based on bank’s data standards. In

addition, work closely with Project teams, partners and 3rd party vendors.

Good-to-Have

1. Strong data analysis skills using Hive , Spark , Python .

2. Strong query language skills (SQL , Hive ,HBase , ETL [Dataiku] )

3. Documentation – Data Dictionary/Data Modelling/Data Lineage/Business Rules/DQ Rules/

Data Standards, Etc.

4. Proven problem-solving skills

5. Proven Experience in Data Management and Data Quality Management techniques.

6. Process/Data Modelling - 'As Is'/'To Be'/ Visio/Enterprise Architect/Erwin, Etc.

7. Good experience with Business Intelligence tools .

8. Proven experience in working with key stakeholders within the business

9. Stakeholder Management / Analysis

10. Presentation Skills – Data Story telling using visualizations is must

11. Soft Skills - Communication/Negotiation/Relationship Building/Inuencing
