About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Private Credit Analyst to join our growing investment team. In this role, you will support the underwriting, execution, and monitoring of private credit investments across a range of industries and structures. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, eager to learn, and passionate about private markets and credit investing.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Support:

  • Assist in evaluating new private credit opportunities including direct lending, unitranche, mezzanine, and structured credit.
  • Conduct industry and company-specific research to support investment theses.
  • Build financial models and perform scenario analyses to assess credit risk and return profiles.
  • Support the preparation of investment memorandums and materials for internal approval processes.

Due Diligence & Execution:

  • Participate in due diligence processes including financial, operational, and legal reviews.
  • Help coordinate third-party due diligence providers (accounting, legal, technical advisors, etc.).
  • Review legal documentation and support deal closing logistics.

Portfolio Monitoring:

  • Track ongoing performance of portfolio companies including financial performance, covenant compliance, and credit metrics.
  • Assist in preparing portfolio reviews, reporting materials, and investor updates.
  • Monitor market trends and developments relevant to the portfolio and pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, leveraged finance, credit research, or asset management (internship or full-time).
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; familiarity with cash flow modeling and debt structuring is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and credit fundamentals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
