We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Assistant to support our finance operations across our retail and F&B outlets.

The ideal candidate will handle daily transaction records, invoice processing, inventory cost tracking, and assist in preparing financial reports.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferably in F&B or retail).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience handling multi-outlet daily sales and inventory records.
  • Positive mindset and accountability.
  • Willing to learn and take initiative.
