To support our growing suite of solutions, we’re looking for a Product Support Specialist to help with LMS configuration and product development support.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Configure and update learning products on our LMS (Lerero), including courses, bundles, and more
Implement product updates based on user feedback and internal requirements
Manage multiple course formats — from pre-recorded to face-to-face and live online sessions
Administer LMS user access and roles
Maintain and support learning bundles for different user groups
Continuously monitor, test, and optimize course setups to enhance the learning experience
Develop and maintain clear documentation for both internal teams and users
Ensure all product configurations align with company policies and industry standards
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Holds a diploma or degree in Business Admin, Information Systems, Instructional Design, or similar
Has 1–2 years of experience configuring and updating LMS content
Understands LMS user roles, permissions, and access management
Is comfortable with Microsoft Office, project tracking, and communication tools
Thrives in cross-functional teams (product, training, customer support)
Has strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
Can create user-friendly documentation for both tech teams and end-users
Communicates clearly and confidently with stakeholders
Works well independently and as part of a team
Manages time effectively
Has excellent English skills, both written and spoken
