- PURPOSE OF ROLE:
The Process Analyst role will be tasked to analyse and define business process and workflow of our product or solution. This journey of this role will start from market research, business case proposition, requirements definition, through to quality assurance and product launch.
The roles of Process Analyst will require strong understanding of the business and processes of system and solution. This role needs to review, analyze, and evaluate user requirements and propose creative solutions including process and workflow with the objective of efficiency improvement and automation.
As part of the roles, the Process Analyst needs to bridge the gap between technical and business to ensure quality and on time delivery of the project.
OBJECTIVES OF ROLE:- Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance.
- Collect, scope and document of business requirements for project and process improvement.
- Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns.
- Scope, manage and deliver projects together with development and designer team as per agreed timeline, budget and commercial requirements.
- Creates and reviews product or solution documentation and provide training.
KEY CHALLENGES OF ROLE:- Develop good understanding of B2BE systems, products and its relationship.
- Study and develop strong knowledge on process improvement and automation of business system and solution.
- Able to Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
- Develop creative proposal of solution from ideas with commercial requirements in mind.
- Manage multiple streams of works as and when requires.
- Able to simplify complex ideas, overcome blockers and propose viable solutions.
- RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
Proposes and develops process and solution as per business requirements.
- Collaborate with development team and product team to transform opportunities into sustainable technical reality.
- Lead solution workshop with focus group to sharpen the competitive advantage of the products and solutions suggested from the idea.
- Communicates regularly with stakeholder to reviews the gaps of actual deliverables versus the requirements.
- Coordinate closely with development teams to ensure requirements are well translated into technical aspect without any ambiguity.
- Collaborate with QA and helps to ensure the product quality are met the defines requirements.
- Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review
Develop training and product lunching requirements.
- To develop training strategies and plans.
- To develop training material and video tutorial to enables its accessibility whenever is required.
- Assist project lead to develop the viable global launching plan with full consideration of the challenges that may arise along the process.
- Assist project lead to manage the BAU transition if there is any from time to time.
Project Management.
- Assist on developing project plan with clear deliverables and timeline as and when is require.
- Monitor and manage the project progression to ensure the deliverables and timeline are met.
- Coordinate closely with all relevant parties especially the product manager to ensure any additional requirement is reviewed and included from time to time as per market evolving throughout the project progression.
- Identify issues and risks, bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of project stakeholder
- Able to simplify complex ideas, overcome blockers and propose viable solutions.
Provides timely reporting to respective stakeholders.- Reports on project completion and target to complete,
- Reports on requirements issues with alternative solutions,
