- Responsible for compilation of allowances.
- Support new hire onboarding process such as new hire data entry, confirmation, contract renewal
- Support HR operational tasks such as granting allowance in system, verification letter preparation etc.
- Leave & Time Management:
- Administer and manage employee leave requests (annual, parental, etc) in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates to the timekeeping system to reflect any adjustments such as shift changes, overtime, or corrections.
- Prepare attendance report.
- Provide support for system configuration changes related to time management, such as approval workflow updates, shift pattern changes, and clock time adjustments.
