  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Answering queries and requests on global processes - with a focus on company learning systems and records management processes; by referring to company policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Driving increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization, and simplification within assigned area(s).
  • Maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and company policy requirements and employee experience.
  • Developing effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication.
  • Support Data Integrity initiatives in Workday and other HR systems as applicable.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a HR support or an administrative or client services role.
  • Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences background.
  • Customer focused with the ability to provide remote HR support via a Global HRSS Center.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and strong inter-personal skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Contract duration: 12 months
  • Salary: MYR 3,500.00 per month
  • Shift Allowance: MYR70.00 per day
  • Work Schedule: NAM Shift (8PM – 5AM) / Monday - Friday
  • Location: KL Office
