Essential Responsibilities:
- Support retrieving data to our own repository coordinating with other team members and relevant stakeholders, including the validation and accuracy of HR documents.
- Answering queries and requests on global processes - with a focus on records management processes; by referring to company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Driving increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization, and simplification within assigned area(s).
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and company policy requirements and employee experience.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a HR support or an administrative or client services role.
- Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences background.
- Customer focused with the ability to provide remote HR support via a Global HRSS Center.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and strong inter-personal skills.
Other Requirements:
- Contract duration: 6 months
- Salary: MYR 3,500.00 per month
- Shift Allowance: MYR35.00 per day
- Work Schedule: EUROPE Shift (3PM – 12AM) / Monday - Friday
- Location: KL Office
