About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Support Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administrative operations and develop professional skills in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Support the team in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Handle correspondence, including drafting emails, memos, and letters.
  • Maintain and update company records and databases.
  • Provide support for procurement tasks, such as managing office supplies and vendor coordination.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of administrative processes.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
