KINDERGARTEN TEACHER

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood learning standards.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that supports diverse learners.
• Foster social and emotional growth by encouraging cooperative play and conflict resolution.
• Assess student progress through observations, documentation, and formal assessments.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians through conferences, reports, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and compliance with school safety and health regulations.
• Integrate technology and creative teaching strategies to engage young learners.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
• Valid state teaching certification/licensure (as required).
• Prior experience teaching or working with young children is preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development and early learning best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with play-based learning and inquiry-based instruction.
• Experience with diverse cultural and linguistic student populations.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to integrate art, music, and movement into daily lessons.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
