Pitching & Proposal

  • Participate in the initial client meeting to support discussion and understand project requirements.
  • Conduct research to understand client brand, product and services accordingly.
  • Involve in planning & strategy for affiliate marketing proposals.

Project Onboarding

  • Understand client’s requirements, target to be achieved to on-board new clients.
  • Develop a detailed onboarding checklist, timeline, and execution plan for each affiliate project.
  • Define clear sales KPIs and content-related performance expectations in alignment with client objectives such as number of video content posts per week, target sales volume or GMV per week
  • Design performance-driven affiliate commission and incentive structures based on the client's desired ROI ratio.

  • Propose and document affiliate incentive schemes such as:
  • Develop and enforce affiliate compliance, content guidelines, and platform-specific (e.g., TikTok) best practices to maintain quality and brand consistency.
  • Coordinate and facilitate product training sessions with the client for both internal stakeholders and Affiliates

Affiliate Management

  • Identify and select suitable Affiliates that align with the client’s brand objectives and campaign goals.
  • Present contract terms and manage the full process of agreement with Affiliates.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of product to Affiliates and customers.
  • Support relationship-building efforts by maintaining regular communication, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with Affiliates.
  • Oversee the content creation process and ensure all creative outputs meet brand standards and requirements.

Affiliate Performance Management

  • Set up and support affiliate profiles on TikTok and other relevant platforms to ensure proper tracking of sales.
  • Monitor affiliate performance on a weekly basis by using KPIs such as video content, sales, engagement, conversion, etc.
  • Define performance benchmarks and identify underperforming affiliates proactively.
  • Develop and implement performance optimization plans to boost Affiliates performance.

Client Servicing

  • Client servicing and relationship management.
  • Handle client inquiries through various communication channels—including phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and others—as and when required.

Team Collaboration

  • Serve as the key point of contact for the client regarding affiliate performance updates, progress, and strategic recommendations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Partnership Management Specialist, E-commerce Team, Client Marketing, Legal and Operations, Warehouse team, Production team etc to shape planning and strategy for client business.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to analyze Affiliates performance.
  • Initiate weekly performance review and work in progress meetings with the client or project team.
  • Ensuring the KPI achieved according to client expectation.
  • Providing finding and insight for performance improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
