What You’ll Do:

Oversee end-to-end logistics operations—warehousing, inventory, and last-mile delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers, 3PL partners, and courier services to optimize efficiency.
Monitor order fulfillment, ensuring timely dispatch and resolving delivery issues.
Maintain accurate inventory records and prevent stock discrepancies.
Implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance customer experience.
Handle customer inquiries related to shipping, returns, and refunds.
Support ad-hoc operational tasks in a startup environment—flexibility is key!

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, supply chain, or operations.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Problem-solver who thrives under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
