JOB DESCRIPTION
- Has a good knowledge of menu and presentation standards
- Meet and greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
- Assist guest with table reservation/seating the guest while waiting
- Able to anticipate any unexpected guest need and reacts promptly and tactfully
- Checks outlet/section floor, service, and kitchen areas for cleanliness, proper set up, and make sure sufficient supplies and equipment are available for the outlet.
- Oversee all aspects of assigned outlet activities, ensuring that food and beverage counters are properly set and ready for execution at the appointed time.
