Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing administrative and clerical support across departments. You will be the go-to person for organizing schedules, managing communication, and handling essential office tasks.Key
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records with a high level of accuracy.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as requested.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Greet visitors and support general office hospitality.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Provide support to other team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
