Responsibilities:-
- Conduct for outbound sales call to achieve sales target
- Manage customer inquiries via WhatsApp and email
- Prepare daily sales report and customer feedback.
- Persuade potential customer to purchasing
- Collaborate with marketing teams to achieve sales target
Requirements:-
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training provided)
- At least has 1 year experience in online sales/customer service fields
- Passionate to achieve sales
- Familiar with CRM tools
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia
