  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope & Responsibilities: 1. E-commerce Order Management - Check and print daily orders from platforms like Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc. - Ensure all customer and product information is accurate before processing. 2. Parcel Packing & Preparation - Pack parcels neatly and according to SOP (including labels, free gifts, invoices if needed). - Ensure every parcel is correctly labeled for the respective courier service (e.g., J&T, NinjaVan, DHL). 3. Courier Handling & Handover - Sort and organize parcels by courier type. - Ensure all parcels are handed over or ready for pick-up on time. 4. Shipping Status Update - Update tracking numbers in the system or platform if required. - Monitor delivery status and assist in follow-ups if issues arise. 5. Stock Management - Update stock levels after order fulfillment to avoid overselling. - Assist in stock checking and regular inventory counts. 6. Basic Quality Check - Ensure items are in good condition and match the order before packing and shipping. 7. Daily Operational Support - Help arrange and store new incoming stock. - Assist other teams (e.g., production team) with tasks like tagging, sorting by size, etc. 8. Ad-hoc Tasks - Assist during warehouse sales, product launches, restocking events, or special campaigns. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor.
