Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage and support the day-to-day financial operations of Live Vibe Sdn Bhd. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about building strong financial foundations for a growing digital entertainment company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in bookkeeping and accounting records.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Process staff claims, payroll-related payments, and ensure statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) are timely and accurate.
  • Assist in improving financial procedures and internal controls.
  • Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience in accounting/finance.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian financial regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to communicate effectively with stakeholders and partners.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in a media, digital, or entertainment industry is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
