Responsibilities:
- Once received the job, declaration need to scan through all doc before submitting to custom
- Check which tariff code is suitable for each shipment
- Declare in SMK system for import & export job.
- Once the declaration is done send a draft declaration to the customer to check and verify purposed.
- Advise tariff code via tariff finder for customer or any office colleague request
- Advise duty for import and export
- Advise and apply for any FZ shipment to LPK
- Prepare duty payment to advise to account team
- Check and tally shipping document
- Declaration to custom system
- Advise hs code and OGA requirement
- Issue duty payment request to account team
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or equivalent with 1 year experience in related field
- Fresh graduate from Logistics/Shipping/Business Admin are encourage to apply
- Familiar with K1-K4 form is an advantage.
- Pleasant personality with good command of both oral & written English /BM
- Computer literate and good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to travel to Pulau Indah.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
