Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for both operational and management roles.
  • Manage onboarding, training, and performance management systems for factory and office staff.
  • Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits in compliance with statutory and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, industrial relations regulations, and relevant authorities (e.g., JTK, SOCSO, EPF).
  • Handle disciplinary actions, grievance resolutions, and employee relations matters.
  • Conduct regular workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and talent retention strategies.
  • Lead employee engagement activities to improve morale and productivity.
  • Maintain and update HR records, databases, and personnel files accurately and confidentially.

Administration:

  • Oversee general administrative functions including office supplies, company assets, facility maintenance, and cleanliness.
  • Manage security, transportation, canteen, hostel, and other staff-related services (as applicable).
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders (vendors, regulatory bodies, etc.) for licenses, audits, and operational compliance.
  • Implement and maintain documentation, filing systems, and admin processes for efficient workflow.
  • Prepare HR and admin reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of HR & admin experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Knowledge & Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Experience handling foreign workers and related compliance is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,500.00 per month
