Job Description
- Assisting superior with data entry, research, filing, recording and maintaining accurate data.
- Key in supplier invoice and cross check the payment information.
- To support on general office administrative duties
Sourcing for supplier and vendor when there are any project inquiries.
- Liaising with supplier or vendor.
- Requesting for quotations and invoices
5. Assist with ad-hoc tasks when necessary.

- Improve your attention to detail by maintaining and updating databases and files.
- Understand how to source, communicate, and negotiate with external partners.
- Build your ability to quickly adapt and respond to ad-hoc challenges.
- Sharpen your skills in gathering information and compiling concise reports.
Job Requirement
1. Possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Business Management / Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.
2. Ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-tasking.
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
