Job Summary
Responsible to use artistic and creative design skills to put the “icing on the cake” on our beautifully decorated cakes for our customers. To provide standardized quality of products to outlets and end users.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure product quality of ice cream before cake making, and quality of end product (ice cream cake) as requested by outlet and other customized orders.
Managing cake decorating stations to include preparing icing's and following all sanitation procedures.
Prepare ordered quantity of ice cream cake by outlet and other customized orders.
Ensure all end products (ice cream cake) match to standard quality before delivery.
Ensure all products follow the same design and recipes.
Ensure cleanliness of workstation at all times not limiting to decorating area, machinery and equipment and cold room walk in
Responsible for inventing new design.
Stocking and maintenance of product and product arrangements in the plant according to quality and product standards, as well arrange them accordingly.
Assist in others workstation if needed.
Ensure FIFO for cake ingredients is practiced each day.
Manage inventory movement diligently to avoid having discard and minimize scrap cost
Carry out any others and ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Key Competencies
Hands-on training experience. Preferably possess knowledge in cake decorating.

Has a good understanding of product knowledge.

Ability to work more than normal working hours when necessary.
Qualifications and Experience
Holds a Diploma / Certificate in Culinary or Pastry or its equivalent with at least 1-2 years of experience in cake decorating.
Responsible, independent, creative & artistic, able to work under a tight schedule.
