Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding arrangements.
  • Handle general HR administrative duties such as filing, preparing employment letters, and maintaining employee records.
  • Support the documentation process for new hires, transfers, exits, and other HR-related transactions.
  • Help with the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and basic data tracking.
  • Coordinate for HR events, trainings, and engagement activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for routine employee queries and redirect to relevant HR team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is preferred to facilitate communication with China HQ colleagues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
