Job Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding arrangements.
- Handle general HR administrative duties such as filing, preparing employment letters, and maintaining employee records.
- Support the documentation process for new hires, transfers, exits, and other HR-related transactions.
- Help with the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and basic data tracking.
- Coordinate for HR events, trainings, and engagement activities.
- Act as a point of contact for routine employee queries and redirect to relevant HR team members as needed.
- Collaborate with HR team members on ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Mandarin language proficiency is preferred to facilitate communication with China HQ colleagues
