  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. You will play a key role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
  • Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website)
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
  • Continuously improve the recruitment strategy and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role (in-house or agency)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and recruitment best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification
