BO Chargeman (33KV)
Your duties will include but not limited to the following duties:
a) To supervise, check and inspect all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) installations and the building facilities/services to ensure its functioning; and to ensure that regular scheduled servicing of the installations is carried out as part of preventive maintenance;
b) To assist the Building Manager, Manager, Asset Manager and/or its assigned Officer in supervising the day-to-day operation of the building in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders issued by the Management;
c) To register your qualification as Competent Person for High Tension installation with Energy Commissioner of Malaysia for the assigned building managed by the Company;
d) To conduct physical inspections and to conduct standby generator set off/on load testing monthly to the assigned buildings;
e) To troubleshoot/solve, locate the root cause of fault occurred at the electrical installations;
f) To prepare and submit check sheets for the respective plant rooms;
g) To prepare and submit monthly summary report of the installation conditions and discrepancies if any;
h) To supervise and maintain the operation of all mechanical and electrical installations including operation of the standby generator and air-conditioning systems in the building in accordance with the requirements of the relevant authorities;
i) j) To supervise and lead all maintenance staff employed within the assigned buildings; To supervise the maintenance contractors appointed in the building;
k) To assist the Building Manager, Manager, Asset Manager, and/or its assigned Officer in the maintenance and management of the building;
l) To conduct daily inspection of the building and MEP installation and forward daily report to the Building Manager, Manager, Asset Manager, and/or its assigned Officer;
m) To carry out basic maintenance works within the building;
n) To assist the Building Manager, Manager, Asset Manager, and/or its assigned Officer in value enhancement projects of the buildings;
o) To attend to emergency and maintenance calls in the building after office hours;
p) To attend to enquiry/complaints pertaining to common properties; and
q) To assist the Building Manager, Asset Manager and/or to perform the duties as assigned by the Company’s assigned officer where/when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM8,500.00 per month
