Job Description & Job Details
Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,000
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Location: G-12, Platinum Hill Condominium PV6, Jalan Melati Utama, 53100 Setapak, Kuala Lumpur

1) Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance
2) Maintain proper filing systems for administrative documents, correspondence, and records
3) Assist in managing account records including data entry, invoice tracking, petty cash, and basic bookkeeping
4) Monitor and update inventory records, and coordinate restocking when needed
5) Ensure accurate documentation for internal processes, contracts, agreements, and SOPs
6) Coordinate with suppliers and departments to ensure timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies
7) Support finance and audit processes with relevant documents and reconciliations
8) Handle general admin tasks: preparing letters, managing supplies, scheduling meetings, and daily operations
9) Ensure compliance with company policies for documentation and procurement practices
10) Provide administrative support for ad-hoc projects and assist departments as needed

Preferred Qualifications
1) Prior experience in administration, accounts, or office operations is a plus
2) Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting systems
3) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
4) Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
5) Good communication skills in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
6) Reliable, proactive, and committed to completing tasks efficiently
