  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description & Job Details
Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,000
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Location: G-12, Platinum Hill Condominium PV6, Jalan Melati Utama, 53100 Setapak, Kuala Lumpur

1) Manage online sales channels including websites, e-commerce platforms, and social media marketplaces
2) Engage with customers online and offline, respond to inquiries, and provide product recommendations
3) Process sales orders, coordinate packaging, and arrange timely delivery of books to customers and institutions
4) Monitor and manage book inventory across platforms and assist with restocking as needed
5) Communicate with schools, universities, and libraries regarding quotations, book supply, and bulk orders
6) Represent the company at book fairs and exhibitions, set up displays, and promote products
7) Track sales performance, prepare reports, and support achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets
8) Assist with marketing campaigns for new releases, seasonal promotions, and online offers
9) Maintain strong knowledge of book titles, genres, and publishers for effective selling
10) Prepare invoices, maintain customer records, and support book distribution documentation

Preferred Qualifications
1) Experience in sales, retail, or online customer service is an advantage
2) Familiar with e-commerce platforms and social media marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Facebook)
3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4) Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
5) Passion for books, reading, and education-related content is a bonus
6) Able to manage time well and handle multiple tasks efficiently
