  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to assist in cost estimation, project budgeting, tendering processes, and contract administration. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of experience to build a strong foundation in quantity surveying.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, bill of quantities (BQ), and tender documentation.
  • Support the team in cost control and budget monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Attend site visits and assist in progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Work closely with project managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Maintain proper records for contract documentation and payment certifications.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, contract terms, and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, Glodon, etc.).
  • Good communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to travel to project sites when required.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
